Surely you mean QST.

And, 1994 doesn't even come close to being a boatanchor, even if one
could stretch things to allow magazines related to old equipment as
appropriate here.

Once again, you've made the really common error that this is a buy
and sell newsgroup, and thus anything you want to sell is allowable
here.
