I knew the FCC had approved HD Radio for night time use on AM, but I didn't catch when it would start. Anyone know? They haven't finished the prerequisite paperwork yet. Usually this kind of thing takes effect 30 days after publication in the Federal Register - and that hasn't yet happened. (they seem to be being REALLY SLOW about this!) |
