Mic Cable Adapter

Looking for an adapter to plug in a Kenwood mic w/ 8 pin round plug to
convert to Icom 8 pin round plug. OR the way to rewire the Kenwood
plug to match the Icom input, matching 8 volt and return audio. ? Do
you need to add a capacitor to the Kenwood mic lead? Will be looking
at making an adapter; any help!
