IS of several notes on a synthesizer, into English ID by M as R.
Romania Int'l broadcasting English to Western Europe on freq of 7180
and 9690. Into "Radio Newsreel" pgm, followed by review of press pgm.
Strong, //9690 much weaker. - (Eton E1 w/ 40' ext - Bryant,
Louisville, KY - Dec. 14)
