Default iBiquity Digital Radio is Such a Joke. Eduardo What Do You Think?

Where I live stations can't seem to make up their mind. It's on, it's
off, it's on, it's off. Even if consumers wanted - which they don't -
it's inconsistent nature would make anybody give up on it.

KDKA, a big 50KW AM station, can't seem to keep it on for more than a
few days in a row.

I LOVE IT!

World class engineers? Give me a break.

Science project? IBOC is old technology misapplied to the AM broadcast
band. Nothing scientific about that and damn poor engineering to boot.

iBiquity certainty has made a lot of false claims but I would not be at
all excited about making up lies and spreading them around.

- - The number one design goal was to preserve
- - the superior signals of incumbent flamethrowers.

- Exactly -- by _preventing_ the creation of a new
- digital band with perfect 24-hour coverage of each
- community by all stations in that community.
-
- With all good wishes,

Point # 1 - New Radio Band with perfect 24-Hour
Coverage of each Community by all Stations in
that Community.

=A= The FM Radio Band -circa- 1950s

Point # 2 - Digital Radio Band with perfect 24-Hour
Coverage of each Community by all Stations in
that Community.

=A= The FM HD-Radio Band -circa- 2000s
+ Plus HD-2 Digital FM Radio Secondary
Channels resulting in more FM Radio Content,
Choices and Income.

iBiquity's IBOC : Good for the FM Radio Band
-and- Bad for the AM/MW Radio Band
-but- the Future of Commercial Broadcast
Radio is on the FM Radio Band and IBOC
"HD" Radio Technology. ~ RHF
