Univision strikes debt deal.
The Spanish-language broadcaster will get more breathing room under a revision to its debt agreements with lenders. Univision must repay a revolving $150 million loan, pay fees to its lenders and see its credit line drop to $600 million. But it won't face the threat of defaulting. |
