RNZI back on-the-air 18 Mar 2010

Radio New Zealand I. was OTA for a few days with transmitter
troubles. As of this moment, they are back in the game with a potent
signal on 11,725 kHz AM at 0610z (Yay!) and some other frequency on
DRM (blah). Now, if they can only figure out their financial woes,
they'll be fine.
