0645 UT 4940 Khz Tentative ID Voice of Strait on 4940 Khz
Probably Chinese. Weak but relatively steady signal so several seconds at a time were recoverable.

Sun's rising or about to rise here but there is plenty of dark to my west for another hour or two of dark path goodness.
