WPYT 660 Pittsburgh powered up at 6:30 EDST this morning, wiping out
WFAN reception in Central Ohio. Last month they were powering up
at 7:00.

I see last month's official sunrise there was 6:00 EST (nb not EDST)
this month's is 6:30 EST (not EDST)

Apparently they're not converting to EDST this month.

Who do I complain to, so that I can hear Imus again, instead of this
wretched overnight program?

Naturally there's no website or phone number.
