Yes I heard the stronger signal here as well. I did
notice I was able to use ECSS on my receiver to eliminate
it. I don't remember if I used usb or lsb.

That's what I figured he was hearing. I can detect it under the BBC on
5975. Romania also in \\ 7250

Don't know how he came up with Israel.
