Radio Vilnius

I caught the tail end of a broadcast from Radio Vilnius on 11690 kHz
between 0050 to 0055 UTC. Good signal and no sign of the UTE that
usually haunts close to that frequency. Drake R-8B and random wire
antenna (the antenna sucks but I live in an apartment). QTH of Edmonton,
Alberta.
