Yes, it is. Though to say it's in "English" is stretching the point
just a tiny bit :) The announcer must have gotten "B+" in English at
Tirana Junior High. Good old Radio Tirana - you know it's them
instantly when you hear that vintage "War of 1812" transmitter wheezing
in the background!
