AIR Test Broadcasts...

As reported by dxAce, All India Radio test transmission being received
currently (Aug. 23, 04:30 UTC) in Auckland, New Zealand.

Both reported frequencies are easily audible, with 17680 being a little
stronger than 17730 (500 kW versus 250 kW).

Reasonable amount of fading occaisionally, but still a nice signal.
