SX-28 Parts Radiio

I have an SX-28 that is in need of a LOT of work. No case and it looks like
someone has been in it playing around. Dirty but no rust. Tuning shafts not
operating. It does seem to be pretty complete except for covers and the case.
It could possibly make a good project for somebody REALLY ambitious. This has
got to be a local pick up in the Chicago area. Any reasonable offers?
