Resently there was a colinear vhv/uhf antenna in QST.
The phasing between the 2 halfwave parts is made of a coil wound on a 1/2
inch coil.
Finding a 1/2 inch coil form is difficult, but can be solved.

How important is it to use AWG20 wire ? AWG18 is more common in my country.
Is it the length of wire or the inductance of the coil that matters?
