Software for new Ritron Patriot RTX454

Does anyone have a copy of the new Ritron Patriot RTX454 programming
software. The regular RTX450/RTX150 software will not work with these.
Or, If I can't get the software I guess I'll have to sell the radios
New In the box. I emailed Ritron about it and they never answered me.
Software is RPT-PCPS-7.0Rx or RPT-PCPS-9.1 or RPT-PCPS-9.2
