( OT) WBCQ & a very bad client

Listening to "Alan Wiener Worldwide" on 7.415;

; they're going on and on about some client who promised them something
substantial,
conned them into Building a New transmitter for him,

then totally stiffed them;

- Anyone know who this guy is ??
