Now (12:30z) broadcasting CW. Was reported as 'Spanish Numbers Station' but
code is all alpha characters.

'Cut numbers' substitute alpha characters for numbers. It's an easier quicker
way to send number traffic.

Here is what M8 uses:

0 T
1 A
2 N
3 D
4 U
5 W
6 R
7 I
8 G
9 M

That is a Cuban cut number station. They use the following format:

A=1
N=2
D=3
U=4
W=5
R=6
G=7
M=8
N=9
T=0
