Portugal QSL A05 Sked
Received an email today from RDP in Portugal thanking me for my report of
February 4 of their test transmission at 2100 on 9615, indicating that a QSL would be sent via snail mail. They also indicated, unfortunately, that no English transmissions are currently planned.
