Uniden BCT2

I just bought one of these second hand.
Surprisingly I can find hardly any information on the net
for this radio.

Can't find a downloadable manual, specifications or even a review!

It appears to function properly.
It picks up NOAA weather stations just fine.
On the other service searches the only thing I have heard
so far is Morse ID.

I keep getting the "red light: alert but have not heard
any voice activity except on NOAA. (I take that back
I did hear what sounded like very brief Airliner comms)

Can any one offer any insight on how to operate this radio?
