Since about 11:45z, triple one (11.175) has been 'minopolzed' by what I
would describe as a 'net operation'. There have been coms between units,
rather than from unit to main stations. I even heard one unit with a strong
asian accent.

It is now 00:15. Still going strong. Check it out.

During my listening, I logged 15 callsigns. One unit apparently had a
callsign of 'sky king' (not as in 'do not answer'). There was a reference
to 'exercise yankee'.

There have been reports of Naval operations (exercises) from time to time.
Since I have been monitoring this frequency and following this newsgroup, I
don't recall any references to exercises being conducted on 'triple one'.
Does it seem logical that this frequency would be tied up by such an
exercise?

There was a SKYMASTER callsign which was widely reported.

I heard that also, though I thought it was 'beer tag'. I guess 'deer tag'
makes more sense.
