WTT Bearcat 155XL for Basket case Winchester M94

I have a nice Bearcat 155XL scanner. Someone stuck some gum on the top of
the case. I am trying to clean it off.

Works well with wall wart power supply

I am looking for a Winchester Model 94.. I am a amateur gunsmith.. SO I
would like a project ANY any ANY shape,., AS long as it can be repaired.
