I just repaired (yet another) Sony SW-1
with defective caps in the audio circuit. All well in that regard. On power up I have noticed that the unit is displaying frequencies 10khz low from the actually frequency. EG: Local station on 1070 is displaying (or receiving) on 1060khz. Any ideas ladies and gents? Many thanks - Colin /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/ http://espresso.ts.uvic.ca receiver reviews. rnewell AT vcn DOT bc DOT ca \/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ |

Don't know how many 80s vintage Sony electronics I have lying around here
that all act very strange. I'm sure it's all due to cap problems. wrote in message ... I just repaired (yet another) Sony SW-1 with defective caps in the audio circuit. |
