Default FT-857 CAT interface, text to voice converter product??

I am working with new ham who is sightless (legally blind). He has a new
FT-857D with the CT62 interface and programming software. He needs a way to
hear the CAT upload data to know what frequency and the mode that the active
memory channel is on. Is there a product he can obtain that will translate
that information from text to voice on his computer? Thanks for any help. OM
