Way too cheep & Plays@$28 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...e=STRK:MESE:IT The Span-Master was an excellent regenerative receiver for its time. It not only boasted of band switching from the broadcast band to 30 MHz, it also included a "fine" regeneration control that made those critical peaking adjustments made easy. My buddy had one during the early 60's and we had a blast listening to everything from am broadcast to C.B. It was very well designed. That is why it is sought after today. John KE0GG |
