Who..? The space alien Tralfamidorians from Alpha Centauri? I was
already abducted by them once, and they explained to me how all
huricanes are caused by their secret tele-transporter rays, beamed down
from their special covert moon base.

Actually, if you use a 'Captain Midnight secret decoder ring,' in
cereal boxes from the 50's, you can count the vowels in each huricane's
name, multiply by the year's last two digits, and use the 'B' option to
decode the occurance factor of the next major tropical storm in the
Carribean region. I hear the U.S Weather Service does this all of the
time.
