Spanish number station

"quattro, uno, quattro, uno, dos" etc.

Female voice...weak with a lot of static, but hearing in Wisconsin on
10446.7 khz USB at about 3:10 UTC. Thanks to someone in #wunclub on
ZiRC for the tip.
