I have an offer from the UK to buy my Icom R75. Any advice on being safe? I

make sure you have the cash and then go to the USPS for the best rates

Hi,
I sold a radio to a guy from Europe. He paid with Weestern Union. All I needed to do is go to the nearest Western Union office and collect the cash. It worked great and was fast!!
