Sez 13600-13800 kHz was added at WARC-79, which became exclusive on January 1, 1999 URL to long - Use Google search for "13,600-13,800 SW Band warc" Its the one sez [DOC] _ Click on HTML version Nice chart showing the HFBC bands -- CL -- I doubt, therefore I might be !
