yesterday we had power for about 8 hour here so I spent alot more time
listen to shortave and a lot more wseemed to be on, this first suprised me but after a bit of thought I think i realized why. be nice to see the thoughts of others to see if indepentant minds come to the same conclusion |

Because all of the appliances in your house (and houses up and down
your street as well)that use microprocessors were quiet. So that you heard lots more stations and had a very pleasant time. Am I warm? Sorry Pal, but I have no use for a smelly generator. The only time the power goes out here is when Ken Lay pulls the plug on us and I understand he's been relieved. Man, it must be hard to find a vein when the lights go out. |
