Commentary: Senate Took Easy Road to $87 Billion Package

Six senators debated this package. SIX! Get on your radios and talk about
this! I am *not* commenting on supporting or not supporting the package--I
am dismayed that only six senators debated the issue, and even more angry
that a vote was "undercover."
