BTW -- I have no problem with Congress appropriating $87 Billion for
the War on Terror. They can take it out of whatever federal welfare
payments are being given to illegal immigrants.

it a couple of times: npr.org/features/feature.php?wfId=1493745. Add, of
course http:// and www. to the address. And, by the way, why the quote
marks around commentary?
