This is the sort of thing Roger Wiseman, AB8MQ likes to pull. He has done
this to others and he DOES like to hide behind "two or more anonymous
remailing services" because he has lost previous ISP's for this sort of
maliciousness.

Your argument holds no water. Doug has brought ALL of this
upon himself. When and if Dougs mental health becomes
stable he may realize why his life is so miserable. He'll realize
that it is foolish to harass people and justify it with the argument
that he is just doing his civic duty. Until he wises up nothing will
change.
