Short-talk like CW, improve rate, make 20 WPM look like 200, reduce
bandwidth. Minimize humor. Hum radio very serious. No humor
allowed. All be to procedure, fill out forms proper, make like
big-shot radio pros of 1930.

Hum radio important have narrow, narrow bandwidth. Always was,
always so. Tradition. Venerate tradition, keep on Mt. Olympus to
please radio gods. Short-talk use minimal bandwidth. Easy to
understand by collitch edumcated nursies, ex foreign office high-
