That's not a ham radio policy issue at this point, it's about
reviewing and reworking the gummint's inhouse radio comms inside their
existing slices of the RF spectrum via the NTIA and DoD. When the prez
orders a a similar top-to-bottom review of the slices of the RF
spectrum regulated by the FCC we could have some hot potato ham radio
policy issues on our hands.
