Ameritron currently holds eight grants for equipment to be used under Part 97.
All of these grants are for "licensed non-broadcast station transmitters" that
require no other equipment for operation, -not- amplifiers. None of them are
authorized for operation above 21.6 MHz. If these devices are in fact amplifiers
in violation of 47CFR2.815, then Steve Par could get in a heap of trouble for
filing false applications.
