Whatever mistakes he made, Twist, number one was to use the US postal
service. You ain't dealin' with the FCC there. They have *no* sense of
humor whatever.

Would you happen to have a URL?

Well, well, well,,,,apears a hammie in Washington was funnin' around a
bit too much,,,this doofus that had no self-control used the US postal
service, internet, AND the phone company to "harass" another hammie who
got the best of him on the air and on the internet...
,,,,,lets see what the feds called it,,,,,"using facilities of commerce
for interstate stalking".
He was sentenced to ten years in prison. (multi-counts from several
years of harassment)
His "victim" saved everything, copies of internet threats, tape
recordings, copies of posts, and kept impeccable records of the
harassments and numerous threats over the last several years. Great
thing about usenet,,you can't take it back.
