Try your local CB shop and see... there are a lot of them out there.
Ask around at a nearby truckstop and they'll tell you who does that
stuff.

Most of those guys probably have an old 23 channel solid state rig in
the parts bin somewhere that they'll give you to cannibalize for crystals.
