Word! No one I know has ever received an NAL notice either. This
chump is ****ing in the wind.

On the contrary, I've known a couple of people that got them.
One was using a Moonraker 6 with 2500 watts, turning on touch
lights 2 blocks away. The other was running 5000 watts 2 blocks
from the PBS TV station in San Francisco, both not to smart.
Keep it low keyed and clean and usually nothing will ever happen.
