Charge remained on my credit card -- without adjustment -- and no
goods were shipped.
After 3 weeks of no goods and no credit, I called H&Y, which said a
credit would issue immediately. A credit $16 too small appeared.
Goods arived.
I called and spoke to "Joe" their fininacial person, who demanded
doumentation from me (even though they obviously have all the
information) and then hung up on me.
Called my credit card company and got the credit through it.
Bottom line: This company is not worth the trouble it takes to keep
them from ripping you off.
