You are probably one of those idiots who has no regard for anyone else
when using your cell phone. You are a sick and twisted device.

Hello all,
I saw this device on television "someone and someone go Tokyo" or
something it was called. And on there they showed this device which
you could litrally sitting opposite someone, hang-up their Mobile
Phone, if you got annoyed with them!
I checked around the internet and found this:
http://mdn.mainichi.co.jp/waiwai/0106/010629phones.html
This seems like what I'm looking for, but I can't find a place where
I
can buy this... Does anyone know a site or have any other info on
this?
Try a japanese mail order site. The device you want is not legal here
in
the US - it's not FCC type accepted and, because it
interferes with other devices, would never get type acceptance. So that
might be why you can't find them. They're barely legal in
Japan, and as soon as someone dies because their phone didn't work, you
can bet that will change.
Scary stuff really when you think about it. Imagine, being able to rob
anyone with impunity, knowing that they can't dial 911 for
help until you're long gone... yikes. I'm sure such a device could be
created to hinder police radios and tracking devices (bag
beepers, bumper beepers, etc) just as easily.
