I have the BC250D Scanner and I have Butel ARC250PRO software to program it,
I live in Fort Erie Ontario Canada, Can I be of some help too you.

yes i did, when i use the software it just frezzes so what help is that
too
me, and im just a bit confused on how to program trunked freqs, id do it
by
hand i got no problem with that, but i just dont get the id-code things
etc.
