I'm new to the scanning hobby, and of course at this point I already
stumbled upon the cell scanning issue.
I curious as to if its still possible. For what I understand is not illegal
in Canada unless contents of the com
are revealed.
Isn't it that most of phones in this days work on digital networks out of
scanners reach ??

Im sure this question has been asked many times before but since Im new, I
couldn't find recent material on this.
