Can't answer your question in particular, but I've noticed in last 3 weeks
or so, they have had "some" problems. Mail was slow at best to arrive and
IMs didn't. At that period of time, I had asked others in other areas if
they experienced same and some acknowledged. So, apparently, they must be
having "some" problems. L.
