"Bearcat 101
I won an Ebay auction for a lot of ten scanners recently and two of them
were Bearcat 101's. These are great old scanners but they needed a little
work to restore them to full operating condition. From what I have been
told there was never a service manual produced for the 101 so I put
together all the info I could find into a document package. This is a
large file (2.2MB) containing schematics, board layouts, operator's
manual, and a repair guide. The IF alignment procedure has been taken
from the Bearcat IV manual and updated. The original procedure was
incomplete and it referenced test point numbering for the Bearcat IV
rather than for the BC101."

Looks like a great find, it would be interesting to learn to use. Unlike
anything I've seen before.
Regards.
Does anyone know how to program this radio? I picked it up off ebay it
works great. I allready have a faint signal on one of the channels!
If so email instructions unless it's a binary code progammed radio
(like the Tennelec MS-2).
I also had a earlier posting lookging for manuals and or schematics
that a few replied to with emailed responses. My computer crashed and
lost all responses.
If you could resend me the replies. For Marvin Moss, I lost your
contact info, could you resend it to me so i can send out out payment?
