AF1's ATC comms are 100% AM... FM, NFM, or WFM is not used by ATC and
I bet it never will be used for ATC comms in our life time....

MilSat comms however are mostly FM. And the Orderwire network is WFM.

However your best bet of hearing the callsign "Airforce One" will be on
the standard ATC freqs for your area. And usually it will be the VHF,
not the UHF military, ATC freqs.

If you go to: http://www.milaircomms.com/audio_library.html and scroll
down about 1/2 way you'll see where you can listen to some AF1 comms I
had snagged during one of its visits to Florida.
