IMHO, I think the most disappointing aspects of the new Icom IC-R20 is
lack of extra bandwidth/filter options (if the specs we're seeing are
the final version? It looks like it just has one bandwidth option per
mode). Considering the a wide freq coverage, 150KHz-3.3GHz.


The AOR 8200MKIII has more filter options & it's coverage is up to
3.0GHz, as an example. AM N, AM W, NFM, SNFM, WFM, USB, LSB, CW.

If you're considering buying one, hold off for awhile, as I'm sure you will
be seeing deep discounts when inventories don't move.
