In 1983, President Regan signed an Exective order
that classified the Federal Frequencies the were
manage by the Federal Interdepartmental Radio
Advisory Commitee (IRAC).

Cable Television channels 21 & 22 share the same frequencies
as the Federal Government VHF-Hi band: 162-174 MHz.

Cable Channel 21 162-168 MHz Video 163.250 Audio 167.750
Cable Channel 22 168-174 MHz Video 167.250 Audio 173.750
