Try this site:

http://www.militaryairshows.co.uk/freq2.htm

And Grove has a nice site

http://www.grove-ent.com/

ALSO
http://www.monitoringtimes.com/

click on " Annual MT Airshow Spectacular"

or look at "air show schedule"

Scroll down to the bottom under the frequencies for the US teams
and they have foreign air demonstration teams

Here's another air show frequency list:

http://www.fordyce.org/scanning/scanning_info/airshofq.html

Again scroll down to the foreign teams!

This site is mostly for american air show visitors

http://www.airnav.com/

And some air show sites
http://www.airshows.org/

http://www.aero-pix.com/schedule/sched2004dt.htm

http://www.airshownetwork.com/home.html

http://www.airshowreport.com/

If your radio has a SEARCH feature then do some snooping for new
frequencies while the air show is slow.

BRING EXTRA BATTERIES! there is noting worse than running the batteries
down in the radio or
camera just before the jet demonstration team goes up.

And a ear phone or head set plugged into the radio(s). I like to use a
set of "Walkman" light weight head phones.
