I think the difference is called Legal Immigration (those who followed
the laws to come here) -vice- Illegal Immigration (those who broke the
law to get here)

In the last major immigration law, Senator Ed Kennedy had the "Quota"
for Ireland set at a number equal to the total 'quota' for the rest of
the world.

The days of "NINA" are long gone.

At least the man is trying to do something about the invasion of the USA by

Uhhh, my family immigrated to the USA from an impoverished country in the
19th century.
Do you feel I should go back to Ireland?

As long as the Statue of Liberty (beautiful lady) has this inscription:
